1. The customer must be eligible to book a £150 Do it 4 Real summer camp place. I.e. The customer must be eligible to receive Child Tax Credit. Eligibility conditions can be found on the Do it 4 Real website, on page 3 of the Do it 4 Real brochure or by calling the booking team on 01629 592530. This offer is not available to Looked After Children.

2. The special offer code box on the application form must be clearly completed with the appropriate special offer code.

3. This offer is only valid for Do it 4 Real applications received between 03/06/09 and 27/07/09. Offer is not valid for retrospective bookings or applications received outside of these dates.

4. Places are strictly limited and available on a first come first served basis.
