Whether you’re on land, in the water, climbing a rock face or leading your team to victory, friendly instructors will be there to guide and encourage you to get stuck in and conquer your fears.
Kayaks, canoes, dinghies, rafts and windsurfers – be prepared to get wet! You’ll soon find how much fun you can have on the water.

Scaling lofty summits, discovering underground caves, abseiling down rock faces and learning to shoot a bow and arrow right on target are just a few of the challenges you’ll face.
Love football? Looking for a unique football experience? Why not test your speed, strength and agility, increase your pace, acceleration and turning, and learn how the professionals handle the ball at the Do it 4 Real Football Academy.
Included in the camp is a filmed music video, a completion certificate, a copy of a music single recorded at camp and photos from an exclusive photo shoot!
