FAQs

What if I need to contact my child?
Each camp has a contact telephone number, which will be sent to you in an information pack before camp. There is also a central telephone number.

What if my child regularly takes medicine?
It's important we know your child’s medical needs so please complete the medical section on the application form. Your child will need to bring their medication to camp, ensuring it is clearly labelled with their name and instructions on administration. If a child receives more healthcare/medication in the time between booking and staying at camp, you must tell us so their medical form can be updated.

How will my child get to camp?
Return transport to camp is provided from departure points across England and they will be supervised at all times. We can only offer return transport to and from the same departure point. One-way transport is not possible. If you use the transport provided, the journey time will be considerably longer than travelling direct to camp by car. If you would like to arrange your own transport, please tell us on the application form.

Can my child practice their faith at camp?
We welcome everyone at camp, whatever faith or background. If it is important that your child practices their faith at camp let us know and we will endeavour to make the necessary arrangements.

What if my child has a problem at camp?
We hope your child will not have any problems at camp but if they do, they can talk to their Team Leader. If your child gets home and they are still not happy please write to us within two weeks of the end of their camp so we can investigate further.

What if my child loses something at camp?
We will do our best to return lost property. We recommend you clearly label your child's belongings. If we have to return lost property to you after camp there may be a charge to cover postage and packing.
