All instructors are fully qualified and experienced in working with young people. We work with activity partners who are experienced in running fun, safe and rewarding activities, licensed by the Adventure Activity Licensing Authority (AALA), where appropriate. Coaches and instructors run all the activities, with Team Leaders on hand to encourage and support your child.
Participants will be divided into groups of seven or less. Each group will have a Team Leader who will act as a role model, mentor and friend, care for the young peoples well being and ensure they have an unforgettable summer camp experience.
Our Team Leaders are young adults carefully selected for their qualifications, experience and enthusiasm, who enjoy working with young people. They all have previous experience of working with young people in a similar environment and will be subject to a CRB check or national equivalent, if not a UK citizen, before working at camp.
